Producing twelve large-scale murals across multiple buildings required careful preparation and a coordinated team. At Graham Park Plaza in Falls Church, Virginia, ART ETC brought together Washington, DC-area muralists and sign painters under Marshall Okin’s direction.
Following approximately two to three weeks of preparation, the team completed all twelve murals in four days on site. Marshall managed logistics, team coordination, and production sequencing for a six-figure project with a firm budget cap.
For developers and construction teams, this project demonstrates how ART ETC turns a demanding scope into an organized production plan, with experienced leadership connecting preparation to work in the field.
At Manhattan’s Todd Haimes Theatre, ART ETC executed Pentagram’s commemorative lobby design: floor-to-ceiling gold-leaf lettering over specialty bronze-based metallic paint. The closely spaced play titles create a continuous texture of text honoring Todd Haimes’s legacy.
Marshall Okin led the technical development, drawing on his extensive knowledge of art materials and application techniques. His work included sample development, collaboration with manufacturers, and custom material formulations to address the intended appearance and the demands of a busy public interior.
