Art Etc partnered with Equity Office, part of Blackstone Real Estate, to revitalize a vacant retail space at 45 Pine Street in the 44 Wall Street building. Our mural artists for hire transformed the area with vibrant branded murals, painted canvases, striking lettering, and graphic art on canvas.

This project showcased the building's prime real estate potential through experiential marketing, making a strong case for leasing opportunities. Our work created an engaging environment, blending art and branding to attract potential tenants and highlight the building's value.
